About Reserve
Reserve helps you find the bottles you love on London’s restaurant wine lists. Search for a wine, a producer, a grape or a region, and see which restaurants pour it — at what price, by the bottle or the glass.
Why we built it
Some of the best drinking in London happens off the retail shelf: mature vintages, small growers, bottles that never reach the shops. But wine lists live in PDFs and on chalkboards, and unless you already know where to look, you would never learn that the producer you fell for on holiday is poured ten minutes from your desk. Reserve turns those lists into something you can actually search.
Prices you can trust
Wine lists change — vintages roll over, prices move, bottles run out. So every listing on Reserve shows the date it was last verified, and when a listing has not been re-verified within 90 days we flag it and demote it in results rather than quietly serving you stale information. If we are not sure, we say so.
Where the lists come from
Straight from the restaurants’ own published lists, imported as written and checked before they go live. We would rather cover fifty restaurants accurately than five hundred approximately — the collection grows at the speed of verification, not scraping.
